This tutorial shows how to cancel your 1Password subscription from your account on 1Password.com.
Notes
- If you purchased your subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play, you'll need to cancel through Apple or Google directly - not through 1password.com. After cancellation, your account stays active until the end of your current billing period, then it gets frozen. Your vault data is kept safe, and you can reactivate at any time. 1Password does not offer refunds for time remaining on a paid subscription.
- Canceling your subscription doesn't delete your account or your vault data. If you want to permanently remove your information from 1Password, you'll need to delete your account separately.
- Go to 1password.com in your browser and sign in to your account. Alternatively, click the 1Password icon in your browser toolbar to sign in.
- Click Billing in the sidebar on the left.
- In the Billing page, click Billing Settings.
- In the Billing Settings, scroll down and click Unsubscribe.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm. Enter your account password when prompted, then click Unsubscribe again to finalize. You'll receive a confirmation email once the cancellation is complete.
