  1. In the Apps editor, navigate to and click ‘Forms’ in the left sidebar.
  2. Click 'Create new form' to create a new custom form from scratch.
  3. Start your customization process by selecting and clicking ‘Settings,’ ‘Steps,’ ‘Logic,’ and ‘Styles.
  4. Click ‘Steps’ to begin inputting important details into your form.
  5. Start by taping 'Step 1' under the Steps section.
  6. Click 'Form title' to start naming your form.
  7. Type the name of your form.
  8. You may add your company logo or any images to further customize your form by clicking ‘Add Image.’
  9. To further add important details to your form, click ‘Step 2’ to add another page for names, dates, or any other details you want to include.
  10. Once done and final, click 'Publish.'
