- Personalize your form by creating a form title and clicking the ‘Add Field’ button to include any other details you want.
- To create the next step, click ‘Add Step’ to proceed with Step 2 and customize it using the same procedure as Step 1. You may include an email address, password, or any other preferred details.
- Continue adding steps as needed, following the same procedure. Once finished, click ‘Publish.’
