This is a step-by-step guide on how to build a listing site with Softr:

1. Navigate to the Apps editor and click ‘Create with a Template.'
2. Browse the available templates and select the listing template you want to use.
3. Sample listing templates will be available for editing. Choose one that suits your needs.
4. After choosing, click ‘Preview’ to visualize your template.
5. Click 'Use Template' to start customizing your listing site.
6. Select a data source to connect to your site, or connect it later if you prefer.
7. A sample listing template is now available for editing. Click the block to start editing its features.
8. Use ‘Features’ and ‘Style’ to customize your listing site and update the details to match your listing.
9. You can also customize labels and buttons on your site. Just click the icons or labels you want to rename.
10. Review your site details and once finalized, click 'Publish' to go live.
