This is a step-by-step guide on how to back up Softr data:

1. In the Apps editor, navigate to the left sidebar and click 'Databases.'
2. Select the database you want to back up.
3. Now, select the table you want to back up.
4. Once selected, click the 'Table name.'‍
5. Click 'Export to CSV' to download your data as CSV, enabling seamless integration with other tools in your workflow.
