From the app list, select To Do to open Microsoft To Do.
Click on an existing task or create a new one.
Locate the field at the bottom of the pane labeled Add note.
Type the # symbol followed by a keyword into the note field and press Enter to create a blue, clickable link.
Click any blue hashtag or type it into the search bar to instantly find all tasks with that tag.
