Tags allow you to categorize and filter tasks across all your lists using keywords preceded by a hashtag. Here is the simple guide:
- On your Microsoft 365 main dashboard, click the App launcher in the upper-left corner.
- From the app list, select To Do to open Microsoft To Do.
- Click on an existing task or create a new one.
- Locate the field at the bottom of the pane labeled Add note.
- Type the # symbol followed by a keyword into the note field and press Enter to create a blue, clickable link.
- Click any blue hashtag or type it into the search bar to instantly find all tasks with that tag.
