Steps

1. Click an existing email from your campaigns list to open it.
2. On the content menu, click 'Edit design' to enter the email editor.
3. On the content toolbar, click 'Paragraph' to add a text block to your email.
4. Click 'Merge' to open the merge tag options and proceed with personalization.
5. From the member data panel, click 'First Name' or 'Last Name' depending on how you want to personalize your newsletter.
6. The selected merge tag will automatically be inserted into your newsletter content.
7. Click the 'Preview' option to review how the personalized email will appear to recipients.
