You can invite your accountant to your company account so they can help manage payroll, taxes, and financial records in Gusto. Follow the steps below to add them.
- Sign in to your Gusto admin account.
- In the bottom-left corner, click your Company Name or the Store logo.
- Head to Permissions to manage who can access what.
- Hit Add a role to create custom access for your team.
- Select Global Admin for the access level.
- Click Continue to move forward with the setup.
- Enter the team member's name to assign them to this role.
- Choose the Accountant role from the list of available roles.
- Click Continue to finalize the role configuration.
- Hit Save role, and you're done—your team member is all set!
