Here’s how to do it:
- Log in to SurveyMonkey and open your desired survey.
- Go to your 'Summary' tab and under 'Collectors' select the collector that you want to configure.
- Scroll down to the response settings section within the collector settings. Click the drop-down arrow.
- Look for the option that says 'Multiple responses'. Turn this option OFF to allow respondents to submit one response.
- Once you disable it, respondents will not be able to submit multiple entries for the survey.
