Steps

  1. Log in to your Klaviyo account and navigate to the Integrations section from the sidebar.
  2. Click Explore integrations to open the integrations marketplace.
  3. Use the search bar to find the Gorgias integration.
  4. Select Gorgias from the search results to access the integration details page.
  5. Click Install to begin the integration process and unite your customer data and support systems.
  6. Click Connect to Gorgias to establish a secure connection between Klaviyo and your Gorgias helpdesk.
  7. Enter your unique Gorgias URL to link your specific helpdesk instance.
  8. Click Complete setup to finalize the integration configuration.
  9. Select Authorize to grant Klaviyo access to your Gorgias account.
