Steps
- Define the trigger event that will start your automation workflow in the Zapier editor.
- Select ManyChat as your trigger app to build automated messaging workflows.
- Choose the customer trigger event — such as Chat Opened — that will initiate your automation.
- Connect your ManyChat account to enable automated responses in the Zap.
- Click Test trigger to verify your ManyChat trigger is working correctly.
- Select Facebook Messenger as the action app and messaging platform.
- Connect the Facebook account you will use to automate conversations.
- Choose the action Send Message From Page to send messages from your Facebook page.
- Define the data values that will trigger your automated response in the action step.
- Configure how messages will be processed in your workflow action settings.
