Steps
- From your Zapier dashboard, select Zap to start building a new automation.
- Click on the Trigger field to begin selecting your trigger event.
- Search and select Help Scout as your trigger app.
- Select a trigger event from the available Help Scout options.
- Connect your Help Scout account by authenticating it within Zapier.
- Map your trigger details and click Continue to proceed.
- Click Test trigger to verify that Help Scout is sending data correctly.
- Search and select Intercom as the action app.
- Select an action event to define what happens in Intercom.
- Connect your Intercom account by authenticating it within Zapier.
- Configure the action details and click Continue to move forward.
- Select Test step to validate the Intercom action works as expected.
- Once the test is successful, click Publish to activate your Zap.
