Steps

  1. Log in to Zapier, click Create, and select Zaps to begin the automation process.
  2. Click Trigger to set up the starting event for your Zap.
  3. Search for and select Typeform as the trigger app.
  4. Choose New Entry as the trigger event to detect new survey submissions, then connect your Typeform account.
  5. Select the specific Typeform survey you want to use for segmentation.
  6. Run a test to confirm Zapier detects new survey entries correctly.
  7. Add Mailchimp as the Action App in your Zap.
  8. Choose Add/Update Subscriber as the action event, then connect your Mailchimp account.
  9. Select the target Mailchimp audience and fill in all required subscriber fields.

  11. Click Publish to activate your Zap and go live.
