Merging contacts in HubSpot allows you to combine duplicate records into a single contact profile to maintain clean and accurate data.
- Log in to your HubSpot account and navigate to your main dashboard.
- Click on CRM from the left navigation, then select Contacts.
- Find and select the contact you want to merge.
- At the top left, click the Actions Dropdown to view more options and select Merge.
- In the merge window, search and select the Secondary Contact you want to merge.
- Hit Merge to combine these records.
