Use this interactive demo to learn how to merge companies in HubSpot.

Merging companies in HubSpot allows you to combine duplicate records into a single company profile to keep your CRM clean and accurate.

  1. Log in to your HubSpot account and navigate to your main dashboard.
  2. On the left side panel, click on CRM, and select Companies from the dropdown list.
  3. Click on the Company name to open its record.
  4. On the overview of the company's record, click on Actions, and select Merge.
  5. In the merge window, search and select the Secondary Company you want to merge.
  6. Click Merge to finalize and consolidate the records.

Duplicate company records fragment your customer data across multiple profiles, making it impossible to see the complete picture of your business relationships. When sales reps can't access full interaction histories or marketing teams miss previous touchpoints, you lose deals and damage relationships.
