Quick summary
You can void a DocuSign envelope after signing directly from the DocuSign dashboard by selecting the agreement, choosing More, and clicking Void. All recipients who have already signed are automatically notified by email when the envelope is voided.
Steps
- Locate the agreement you want to void and click on it to open the envelope details.
- Select 'More' from the envelope options menu.
- Click 'Void' from the dropdown to initiate the voiding process.
- On the Void Envelope page, type the reason for voiding — this message is included in the email sent to recipients who have already signed.
- Click 'Void' again to confirm the action and finalize the void request.
- Once voided, the document is marked as voided and all parties are automatically notified.
