Quick summary
Confluence's version history lets you view unpublished changes on any page before they go live, so teams can review, compare, and track every edit. Using the "See changes in version history" and "View Version History" options, contributors can audit document evolution without publishing prematurely.
Steps
- Open the page you were editing that has not been published yet.
- Click "Summarize changes" at the bottom to add a brief note about your edits.
- Click "See changes in version history" to view the detailed edit history and compare versions.
- Click "View Version History" to access the complete revision history and track document evolution.
