It is very easy to use the Airtable API key (now Personal Access Token) in Appsmith. Here’s a short tutorial on how to do it:
- On Airtable's Builder Hub, head over to the left-side panel and click 'Personal Access Tokens'.
- After that, click the Token ID you want to use. It will be copied automatically to your clipboard.
- Go to the Appsmith's app editor afterwards, then head over to the left-side panel. From there, hit the 'Data Source' button.
- Subsequently, click 'Bring Your Data' to proceed further.
- Scroll down to the SaaS Integrations section, then select 'Airtable'.
- Tap the 'Authentication Type' menu and select 'Personal Access Token' from the list.
- Following that, prepare your Airtable's Personal Access Token and then enter it into the Bearer Token field.
- Once done, click 'Save' to apply the changes.
- Finally, your Airtable's API key (now Personal Access Token) will now be used to connect it as the data source for your Appsmith app.
