How to Create a Job Board Using Airtable

Try this interactive demo to learn how to create a job board using Airtable.
  1. To get started, edit the default fields. Hover your mouse cursor over the column header and click its corresponding drop-down arrow.
  2. Tap 'Edit Field' to proceed.
  3. Following that, enter the name of your preferred field into the provided input box.
  4. Subsequently, click the menu and choose the type of field you wish to set.
  5. Once done, click 'Save'.
  6. Add more fields to complete the details of your job board. Simply click the 'Add Field' button.
  7. After that, select the type of field you want to use.
  8. Subsequently, come up with a unique field name and then type it into the provided input box.
  9. Once done, tap 'Create' to proceed.
  10. Repeat the same series of steps to add all the necessary fields.
  11. After that, type all the required details into their respective fields.
  12. To make your job post more readable, change the view to Gallery. Head over to the left-side panel and click 'Create New'.
  13. Choose 'Gallery' from the list of options.
  14. Following that, type your preferred View name into the provided input field.
  15. Subsequently, set your preferred type of access.
  16. Once done, click 'Create New View'.
  17. Finally, your job post will be created on your Airtable base.
