Steps
- Open your Coda doc and click 'Insert'.
- Navigate to 'Packs' in the Insert menu.
- Choose your preferred Pack from the available list.
- If you are on a Free plan, click 'Try it' to enable the Pack.
- Once added, click on the add icon to begin using the Pack.
- Click the 'New button' to create a new action.
- Once connected, the Gmail Pack will be available in your document — select 'Send email'.
- Define the email content, recipients, and subject line using Coda formulas and data from your doc.
- Connect your Gmail account by clicking 'Sign in with Gmail'.
- Follow the prompts and click 'Continue' to complete the Gmail sign-in for the first time.
- Enter the recipient, subject, and content of the email.
- Your Pack is now active — use it to manage your inbox, apply labels, mark messages as read or unread, and move messages to trash or spam.
