It is very easy to use Microsoft Planner as a Kanban board by switching the view from Grid to Board. Here’s a quick guide on how to do it:
- Head over to the left-side panel and click 'My Plans'.
- After that, find and open the plan you want to use.
- Navigate to the top menu bar, then click 'View Board'.
- After completing these steps, you can now use the selected plan as a Kanban board. From here, you can add, move, and arrange task cards based on their progress.
