📌 Why this matters

Microsoft Copilot Studio is a low-code platform that enables teams to build, configure, and deploy custom AI agents directly within the Microsoft ecosystem — no deep development expertise required. Organizations can connect agents to their own data sources, define triggers and conversation topics, and integrate multiple agents into a single workflow, making it practical to automate complex business processes at scale. For teams already using Microsoft 365 and Power Platform, Copilot Studio dramatically reduces the time and cost of building intelligent automation. It is a critical tool for any enterprise looking to operationalize AI agents quickly and maintain control over how those agents reason, respond, and escalate.
