Here's a quick tutorial on how to use DragApp to create a WhatsApp Shared Inbox:
- Click "Drag Board" on the left sidebar and select the WhatsApp channel.
- Review prerequisites and click "Let's get started."
- Log in to Meta Business Account or continue with existing session.
- Review and accept permissions for WhatsApp-Drag integration.
- Enter your business information.
- Choose existing WhatsApp Business account or create new one.
- If creating new account, fill in business details.
- Enter and verify phone number for WhatsApp board.
- And, click Finish to complete setup.
- To configure further, click on Board options in the left sidebar on your Gmail account.
