How to Use Apollo IO AI

To use Apollo io’s AI effectively, you can leverage the AI Assistant to automate the tedious work of finding leads and writing outreach.

1. On Apollo's main dashboard, go to the left-side menu bar and click Tools and Automation.
2. Select Workflows from the dropdown list to enter the automation builder.
3. Click the Create Workflow button.
4. Choose a template or start from scratch.
5. To activate the template you chose, click on the Use template button.
6. Fill in your customers' specific pain points and your value proposition to allow the AI to generate tailored outreach.
7. Click Save and Activate to let Apollo's AI handle your sales outreach.
8. Click Launch workflow in the top right corner to activate your end-to-end sales funnel.
9. Your AI workflow is now running, automatically converting ideal customers around the clock.
