To use Apollo io’s AI effectively, you can leverage the AI Assistant to automate the tedious work of finding leads and writing outreach.
- On Apollo's main dashboard, go to the left-side menu bar and click Tools and Automation.
- Select Workflows from the dropdown list to enter the automation builder.
- Click the Create Workflow button.
- Choose a template or start from scratch.
- To activate the template you chose, click on the Use template button.
- Fill in your customers' specific pain points and your value proposition to allow the AI to generate tailored outreach.
- Click Save and Activate to let Apollo's AI handle your sales outreach.
- Click Launch workflow in the top right corner to activate your end-to-end sales funnel.
- Your AI workflow is now running, automatically converting ideal customers around the clock.
