  3. Click the 'Thinking balloon' icon to add a comment to the document
  4. The “Pencil” icon is also available, allowing users to highlight and mark important details in the document.

  6. Click the 'Broken line square' icon to add text and marks to the document.
  7. Click the 'Pen tip' icon to draw or attach signatures to your document.
  8. Finally, from the left sidebar menu, click the 'Color circle' to change the ink color for freehand drawings, shapes, and other markings.
  9. In the top menu of the editor, you can access additional tools for the document, including editing, saving, and more.

📌 Why this matters

Adobe Fill & Sign transforms how you handle document workflows by eliminating the print-scan-email cycle that slows down business processes. You can complete contracts, forms, and agreements entirely digitally, whether you're in the office or traveling.

The real advantage lies in its annotation capabilities—you're not just signing documents, you're creating a comprehensive review system. Comments, highlights, and markings turn static PDFs into collaborative workspaces, making document reviews more thorough while maintaining legal validity for signatures and approvals.
