- Open a blank document or your existing file in Adobe Fill & Sign to get an overview of how the editor works.
- In the left sidebar, you can find the Cursor and Pan tools.
- Click the 'Thinking balloon' icon to add a comment to the document
- The “Pencil” icon is also available, allowing users to highlight and mark important details in the document.
- Click the 'Encircle' icon to draw freehand shapes or mark areas in the document.
- Click the 'Broken line square' icon to add text and marks to the document.
- Click the 'Pen tip' icon to draw or attach signatures to your document.
- Finally, from the left sidebar menu, click the 'Color circle' to change the ink color for freehand drawings, shapes, and other markings.
