Steps
- Click the attachment icon in the ChatGPT chat input bar to open the upload menu.
- Select Upload photos & files from the menu and choose the image you want ChatGPT to analyze.
- Confirm your photo is uploaded — ChatGPT can now analyze it, describe its contents, or answer questions about it.
- Type your question in the chat box — ask ChatGPT to identify objects, explain context, or extract text from the image.
- Press Send to submit your message and receive your AI-generated answer.
