Uploading a PDF to PandaDoc lets you turn any existing document into a signable, trackable file in minutes. Once uploaded, you can add form fields, assign recipients, and send the document via email or a shareable link.
Steps
- On the PandaDoc dashboard, click + Create new to start a new document.
- Click Select files to choose the PDF you want to upload.
- Assign recipients if multiple people need to fill out or sign the document.
- PandaDoc will process the file and open it in the editor automatically.
- Drag and drop signature, text, date, checkbox, or other form fields onto the document.
- Click the eye icon to preview and check everything before sending.
- Click Send to deliver the document to your recipients.
- Choose to send the PDF via email or generate a shareable link.
