This demo shows how to unsubscribe someone from Klaviyo by suppressing their profile so they no longer receive email marketing. The process takes under a minute using Klaviyo's Audience and Profiles tools.
Steps
- Open the Audience section in Klaviyo to access segmentation and customer management tools.
- Navigate to Profiles to view individual customer records and engagement history.
- Select the profile of the contact you want to unsubscribe.
- Open Profile actions to update the contact's communication preferences.
- Choose Suppress profile from the available actions.
- Click the Suppress button to confirm the suppression.
- Verify the confirmation banner confirming the contact will no longer receive email marketing.
