Steps
- Go to studio.youtube.com and sign in with your account.
- Click Settings in the left sidebar, then select Channel and open Feature eligibility.
- Locate Live streaming and check its status — if unavailable, click Verify phone number or visit youtube.com/verify to verify your channel.
- Select your country, choose to receive your code via text message or voice call, enter your phone number, and click NEXT.
- Enter the six-digit verification code you received and click SUBMIT.
- Return to YouTube Studio > Settings > Channel > Feature eligibility and confirm live streaming now shows as available.
