Steps
- Go to studio.youtube.com and sign in, then click Content in the left sidebar.
- Click the Playlists tab at the top of the Content page.
- Click Create > New playlist in the top right corner.
- Enter a playlist name and set the visibility to Public, Unlisted, or Private.
- Click Create to save the new playlist.
- To add videos, click Add videos then select Upload new videos or Choose existing videos.
- Alternatively, go back to the Videos tab, check a video, and click Add to playlist.
- Check the playlist you just created, then click Save.
