Quick summary
When an email address hard bounces in HubSpot, the contact is automatically suppressed from future sends. The unbounce contact feature lets you restore email eligibility directly from the contact record in just a few clicks.
Steps
- Navigate to the Contact record in your CRM and click on Preview.
- Locate the Unbounce option in the contact actions menu.
- Check the box confirming the email address is correct.
- Click the Unbounce this contact button to submit the request.
- Confirm the success prompt indicating your contact has been unbounced.
