Steps
- Sign in to YouTube Studio at studio.youtube.com.
- Click Content in the left sidebar and find the video with the blur effect you want to remove.
- Click Editor in the left sidebar to open the YouTube video editor.
- Click Blur parts of your video in the editor panel to display any blur effects currently applied to the video.
- Click on the blur annotation you want to remove to select it.
- Click Delete or the trash icon to remove the selected blur effect.
- Review the timeline to confirm no additional blur effects remain, then click Save to apply the changes.
