In this tutorial, you’ll learn how to stop expenses from being submitted automatically in Expensify (New).

Open Expensify and sign in.
Click Workspaces on the left sidebar.
Open your workspace.
Go to Workflows section.
Find the Submission Frequency setting.
Select Manually from the list.
Expenses will now require manual submission.

Note: Turning off “Auto Submit” alone may not fully stop automatic submissions. To ensure expenses are not submitted automatically, set the submission frequency to Manually.
