Quick summary
This demo shows how to track OKRs in Coda by building a structured table with columns for objectives, key results, owners, and status. You can then filter progress by In Progress, Achieved, or At Risk to keep your team focused on what matters.
Steps
- Create a new doc and name it "OKR Tracker" in Coda.
- Click "+" and select "Table" to add a new table to the doc.
- Add columns including Objective, Key Result, Owner, Target, Progress, and Status to structure your tracker.
- List objectives with measurable key results and assign owners to each row.
- Use the filter to view OKRs by In Progress, Achieved, or At Risk to focus on key areas.
