In this tutorial, you’ll learn how to track changes in Adobe Acrobat

Note: Adobe Acrobat doesn’t have Microsoft Word-style Track Changes. Use Comment tools and the Comments list to review changes.

Open your PDF in Adobe Acrobat.
On the right-side pane, click Comment.
Add changes using markup tools (Highlight, Strikethrough, Sticky Note, etc.).
Open the Comments list to view all changes in one place.
Click a comment to jump to its location in the PDF.
Use the Filter option to view comments by type, reviewer, or status.
Click Close to exit Comment options.
