Quick summary
Traqq's Attendance feature lets managers track employee work hours, absences, and daily clock-in and clock-out times in one place. It surfaces idle time, no-shows, and average hours worked so teams can analyze engagement and workload across any time period.
Steps
- Navigate to Attendance in the left sidebar.
- Review the attendance dashboard to analyze employee work hours, breaks, and idle times.
- Use the filters at the top of the page to select the time period you want to view data for.
- Open the Attendance & No-Shows tab to see daily hours worked and days taken off.
- Identify days where employees were absent without approval or worked less than their required hours.
- Check organization settings to confirm time-off rules and work day duration, or review individual limits in the People section.
- Click the Clock In / Clock Out section to view each user's daily start and end times.
- Review the average time worked per day for the selected time period.
