Use this interactive demo to learn how to monitor employee attendance and workload in Traqq.

Quick summary

Traqq's Attendance feature lets managers track employee work hours, absences, and daily clock-in and clock-out times in one place. It surfaces idle time, no-shows, and average hours worked so teams can analyze engagement and workload across any time period.

Steps

  1. Navigate to Attendance in the left sidebar.
  2. Review the attendance dashboard to analyze employee work hours, breaks, and idle times.
  3. Use the filters at the top of the page to select the time period you want to view data for.
  4. Open the Attendance & No-Shows tab to see daily hours worked and days taken off.
  5. Identify days where employees were absent without approval or worked less than their required hours.
  6. Check organization settings to confirm time-off rules and work day duration, or review individual limits in the People section.
  7. Click the Clock In / Clock Out section to view each user's daily start and end times.
  8. Review the average time worked per day for the selected time period.

📌 Why this matters

Tracking employee attendance manually is error-prone and time-consuming, especially for distributed or remote teams. Traqq's Attendance module gives managers a transparent, real-time view of work hours, no-shows, clock-in and clock-out times, and average daily hours — all filterable by date range. By surfacing unapproved absences and employees working below required hours, Traqq helps organizations enforce accountability and optimize workload distribution. This makes it an essential tool for any team that needs reliable employee time tracking without invasive monitoring.
