You can tell if your YouTube comment was deleted by checking the video's comments section and comparing it against your comment history in YouTube's activity data. If a comment appears in Your YouTube Dashboard but not on the video, it has been hidden or removed.
Steps
- Go to youtube.com, sign in, and open the video where you left the comment.
- Scroll down to the comments section and look for your comment — if it does not appear, it may have been deleted by the creator or removed by YouTube.
- Click your profile picture in the top right corner and select Your data in YouTube to check from your own history.
- Under Your YouTube Dashboard, select the comments section.
- Scroll and find your comments — if a comment appears in your activity history but not on the video, it has been hidden or deleted.
