How to Sync Vidyard with HubSpot Using Zapier

Use this interactive demo to learn how to connect Vidyard video activity to HubSpot automatically via Zapier.

Quick summary

This guide shows you how to sync Vidyard with HubSpot using Zapier by building an automated Zap that triggers on Vidyard activity and sends data directly into your HubSpot account. Once published, the integration runs automatically — no manual data entry required.


Steps

  1. From your Zapier dashboard, select Zap to start building a new automation.
  2. Click on the Trigger field to begin selecting your trigger event.
  3. Search for and select Vidyard as your trigger app.
  4. Choose a trigger event to define what Vidyard activity will start the Zap.
  5. Connect your Vidyard account to authorize the integration.
  6. Choose a Vidyard account to continue with the setup.
  7. Click Test trigger to verify that Vidyard data is being pulled correctly.
  8. Search for and select HubSpot as the action app.
  9. Select an action event to define what happens in HubSpot when the trigger fires.
  10. Connect your HubSpot account to authorize the action step.
  11. Configure the action details and click Continue to proceed.
  12. Select Test step to confirm the HubSpot action works as expected.
  13. Once the test is successful, click Publish to activate your Vidyard-to-HubSpot Zap.
