Use this interactive demo to learn how to pull Outlook Calendar events into a Coda table.

Quick summary

Coda's Outlook Calendar Pack lets you sync calendar events directly into a Coda table, giving teams a live, structured view of their schedule inside their existing docs. Once connected, you can customize the table format and trigger a manual sync to pull the latest events from your Microsoft account on demand.

Steps

  1. Inside your Coda doc, head to the top-right corner and click Insert.
  2. Tap the search bar and type Outlook Calendar to find the pack.
  3. Select Events from the list under Pack Tables, then drag it to the main workspace for customization.
  4. Tap Connect Read Account to set up the connection between Coda and Outlook.
  5. Click Sign In With Microsoft Outlook Calendar and log into your Microsoft account.
  6. Click Complete Setup to finish the authentication process.
  7. Tap Sync Now to fetch your calendar event data from Outlook.
  8. Click Table Options to open the display configuration panel.
  9. Select Table as the format and configure the customization settings to match your preference.
  10. Your Outlook Calendar Events are now synced and displayed in your Coda table.

📌 Why this matters

Syncing Outlook Calendar events into Coda tables eliminates the manual work of copying meeting data between tools, keeping project timelines and schedules visible directly inside your team's docs. This integration is especially valuable for teams that manage planning, resources, or project tracking in Coda while relying on Microsoft Outlook for scheduling. By connecting the two platforms through Coda's Outlook Calendar Pack, teams get a live, queryable table of events they can filter, reference, and build automations on top of. It bridges the gap between calendar data and collaborative work management without requiring any custom code or third-party middleware.
