Quick summary
YouTube's auto dub feature can automatically play videos in a dubbed language instead of the original audio track. You can stop this in seconds by opening the Settings menu inside the video player and switching the audio track back to the original language.
Steps
- Open a YouTube video that is currently playing in a dubbed language on youtube.com.
- Click the Settings gear icon located at the bottom right of the video player.
- Click Audio track in the settings menu to expand the available language options.
- Select the original language track from the list — it is typically labeled with the language name or marked as Original.
- The video immediately switches to the original audio track. If the Audio track option does not appear, the video only has one available language track.
