‍

‍

  1. Open the PDF file in Adobe Acrobat.
  2. Click Fill & Sign.
  3. Click Sign Yourself.
  4. Click Add Signature.
  5. Choose how you want to create your signature: Type, Draw, or Image.
  6. Click Apply.
  7. Click where you want to place your signature in the PDF.
  8. To resize it, use the size icons next to the trash icon.
  9. Click Close.
  10. Click File>Save to keep the signed PDF.

📌 Why this matters

Signing PDFs digitally eliminates the need to print, sign by hand, and scan documents back into digital format. You can complete contracts, agreements, and forms entirely online, speeding up business processes that once took days down to minutes.

Your digital signature also creates a permanent audit trail that's harder to forge than handwritten signatures. This becomes especially valuable when working with clients or partners across different time zones, where traditional signing methods would create unnecessary delays and complicate document tracking.
