It is very easy to share collections with team members in Postman. Here’s a short guide on how to do it:
- On Postman's main workspace, go to the left-side panel and click 'Collections'.
- Hover your mouse cursor over the collection you wish to share, then click the 'View More Actions' button next to it.
- Subsequently, select 'Share' from the list of options.
- Head over to the General Access section and click the drop-down menu next to 'Everyone in Team' option.
- After that, choose the specific permission you wish to set.
- Finally, tap 'Copy Link' and then send the URL to your team members in Postman.
