The Keap Appointment Reminder app lets you create and configure appointment types with custom durations, buffer times, availability, and third-party integrations like Google Calendar and Zoom. Follow the steps below to set up your first appointment reminder workflow directly from your Keap dashboard.
Steps
- From your Keap dashboard, click your profile icon to begin setup.
- Connect third-party tools such as Google Calendar or Zoom for scheduling integration.
- Select My Day to navigate to your Appointments section.
- Click Add appointment type to create a new appointment.
- Name your appointment to identify it clearly.
- Check the box if you want to display your business name instead of your personal name.
- Add and select a location for the appointment.
- Click Next to proceed to the next configuration step.
- Choose your preferred appointment duration.
- Add a buffer time between appointments.
- Set your availability and preferred time slots.
- Once setup is complete, click Finish to save your appointment reminder configuration.
