Steps
- Navigate to Marketing and select Forms.
- Click Public forms to view your existing forms.
- Click Create form to start a new form.
- Select your preferred form template.
- Click Start building your form to open the form builder.
- Click Add fields at the bottom of the list of fields.
- Select the Phone field to add it to your form.
- Toggle the Show opt-in switch to the on position to enable contact consent.
