How to Create a Keap Opt-in Form

Steps

1. Navigate to Marketing and select Forms.
2. Click Public forms to view your existing forms.
3. Click Create form to start a new form.
4. Select your preferred form template.
5. Click Start building your form to open the form builder.
6. Click Add fields at the bottom of the list of fields.
7. Select the Phone field to add it to your form.
8. Toggle the Show opt-in switch to the on position to enable contact consent.
