Bulk adding tags to existing contacts in Keap lets you segment your entire contact list in seconds without editing records one by one. This feature saves time by applying a single tag across all selected contacts through a few clicks in the Contacts menu.
Steps
- From the left-hand menu, click on 'Contacts' and select 'People'.
- From the 'Contacts' page, click 'Select all' to select every contact.
- Click 'Tag' at the bottom of the screen to open the tagging options.
- Choose the tag you want to add from the available list.
- Click 'Apply Tag' to bulk apply the tag to all selected contacts.
