How to Set Print Area in MS Excel

Here's how to do it:

1. Select the cells you want to print.
2. Go to the Page Layout tab, click on Print Area.
3. Select Set Print Area.
4. Navigate to the View tab and click on Page Break Preview.
5. You will see how the selected area will appear on printed pages.
