Salesforce's List Email feature lets you send personalized bulk emails directly to campaign members from within a campaign record, saving time by combining contact targeting and email authoring in one streamlined workflow.
Steps
- Click the App Launcher in the top menu of the dashboard.
- Scroll down and select Campaigns.
- Choose a campaign to open.
- Scroll down to Campaign Members and click the dropdown beside Add Contacts.
- Select Send Email.
- Choose an email layout, then click Select & Continue.
- Modify and create your email content, then click Save & Continue.
- Once done, select Preview & Send.
