Steps
- Click the gear icon at the top-right menu of the dashboard to open settings.
- Select Open Advanced Setup from the settings menu.
- In the Quick Find search box, search for and select Flows.
- Click New Flow on the top right of the Flows list page.
- Select Schedule-Triggered Flow as the flow type.
- Set a schedule to define when the flow will run.
- Click the + button to add an action to the flow.
- Click Action to specify the action to be performed.
- Type and select Send Email in the Action search bar.
- Configure email settings and content for the Send Email action.
- Once done, click Save, then click Activate to enable the flow.
