How to Select All in Adobe Acrobat

‍

In this tutorial, you’ll learn how to select all in Adobe Acrobat

‍

  1. Open your PDF in Adobe Acrobat.
  2. On the right-side pane, click Edit PDF.
  3. Click on the document and press Ctrl + A (Windows) or Command + A (Mac) to select all editable content.
  4. Blue outlines will appear around the selected content.

📌 Why this matters

Selecting all content lets you quickly apply universal formatting changes like font adjustments, color schemes, or spacing across your entire document. This becomes particularly powerful when you're standardizing documents from multiple sources or preparing materials for accessibility compliance.

Rather than hunting through pages to find every text box and element individually, you can make sweeping modifications in seconds. This approach also reveals hidden or overlapping elements that might otherwise go unnoticed during manual editing.
