Resubscribing Mailchimp varies based on different scenarios. If users voluntarily unsubscribed but want to rejoin your mailing list, you can provide them with the link to your Mailchimp-integrated signup form.
If users were accidentally unsubscribed, follow the steps below to add them back to your list:
- Select “Audience,” then navigate to “All contacts”.
- If managing multiple audiences, click the drop-down menu labeled “Current audience” and select the one you intend to manage.
- Mark the checkbox next to the contact you wish to resubscribe.
- Open the “Actions” menu and choose “Resubscribe” from the options.
- In the “Are you sure?” pop-up modal, click “Confirm” to complete the process.
